His qualifications include; Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Accountants, registered Auditor, and a Diploma in Computer Programming.

 

Our services are charged on a fixed monthly fee to ensure fairness and transparency. It covers all standard CFO and Company Secretary responsibilities, including capital raisings and shareholder meetings.
